The KCA Mobile App Homeowner and Board App offers a streamlined, mobile-optimized interface for managing community association activities. Users can facilitate payments, review account information, and access various community resources within a single platform.

Existing users with login credentials for the association website can access the app using the same email address and password. Those without an active login are advised to click the registration button, submit their details, and await approval. Upon approval, an email will be received containing a link to set a password, enabling direct access to the app.

If users experience trouble recalling their password, they may utilize the 'Forgot Password' feature by entering their email address to receive a reset link. Once the password has been reset, users can log in with their email and new credentials.

Registered homeowners have access to a range of features including:

• Ability to switch between multiple properties
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Access to association documents, directories, and photos
• Contact Us page
• Online assessment payments
• Violation management—add comments and upload photos directly from mobile devices
• Submission of Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with photo and document attachments
• Viewing homeowner-ledgers
• Submitting and tracking work orders, including the ability to add comments and attach photos from mobile devices
